BREAKING NEWS
I’m late I’m late for a very important date, oh goodness oh my how will I ever get caught up?
Well apparently not anytime soon so this is necessarily a very short brief.
First a new notes on the physical trends this past week and then an answer about what to do about forced Jab-rapes. . It took a lot of digging and vetting all last week, but I believe I have a good answer. I believe it is possible to neutralize the Franken Jab-rapes.
The Cosmic Circus:
Fortunately both the Earth and the Sun are still in basically a quiescent phases as they have been for most of this year. And for this past week as it has been for so often this past few months, there really is not very much of notable interest to report.
So here we go…..
Solar activity is currently stable. The average sunspot Count is bobbing up and down slightly around an average of about 34 this past week with virtually no flares, all right one minor flare, on a slightly rising flux of about 80, as it has been all week. Solar wind speed picked up quite a bit however. As of November 15, 2021, the Sunspot Count was 23.
Planetary alignments are thin through to nearly the end of December. Before then there may be a couple of minor surges in solar activity for a couple of relatively minor alignments. The next major surge of sunspot activity is likely to occur during the last week of December beginning just a few days prior to Winter Solstice. The solar longitudes of several planets intermix including Earth and Mercury. I will paste up a configuration in a couple of weeks. These alignments are likely to bring in a succession 2 or 3 major miserable Winter storm fronts to make the holidays truly convivial.
Quick activity is of little interest this past week and neither is volcanism. Volcanic activity is constrained to 17 volcanoes, only three of whom are erupting more than gas and ash. Kilauea is filling its lava pools and La Palma is still feeding lava rivers. Pavlov in the Aleutions is erupting slowly and not very visably. Watch all three expand activity in January.
Polar Sea ice is freezing up rapidly and is within the historical average range. The Pacific side, probably because of the Pacific La Niña, which seems to be chilling out a huge portion of the Pacific Ocean, is freezing up the most rapidly.
Noah has made a major upgrade in the La Niña prediction: ” La Niña is likely to continue through the Northern Hemisphere winter 2021-22 (~90% chance) and into spring 2022 (~50% chance during March-May).”
Pacific Southwest weather is definitely trending towards warmer than average and drier than average, as it has been for the last 3 years. Even drier is likely as the Dalton and then the Maunder Grand Solar Minimum conditions deepen.
The Moon goes Full Phase in 2 days for November 17/18, 2021: 1:57 am (UTC-7)
It will show a great eclipse for night birds on November 18, 2021. Beginning about midnight it will be quite visiable and almost complete at peak anywhere in North America.. Slightly afterwards the Moon enters into Apogee on November 20, 2021 and then an Extreme Northern Declination on November 22, 2021. This is not a strong Perigee. Expect a relatively minor lunar influence on Earth’s tectonic activity.
